Today, I wanted to talk to you guys about something that I truly believe in and have followed multiple times over the past few years it's the 21 Days rule as you can read it from the title it's a challenge which I urge you all to take along with me to make your life better in just 3 weeks. Yes! it's possible and Yes we will do it
They say "It takes 21 days to build a Habit and 90 days to build a lifestyle" Personally I am aiming at build a lifestyle because I often fall off the track once I reach my goal, so I will try my best to be consistent once I succeed in this 21 Days Challenge I have also filmed a video talking in detail about what I am going to do. But to give you an idea here is a list of 10 simple everyday habits to begin with

5. DRINK MORE WATER

7. MAKE A TO-DO LIST
