I know I know, sometimes we find ourselves stuck in bad mood for days, because of bad moments, bad thoughts and bad memories. All of it tends to hold us tight, makes us feel bad about ourselves, unwanted or not good enough. A bad mood can be caused by anything from a fight with a friend, stressful day at work, not completing your to-do list on time or now-a-days not getting enough likes on a social media posts, the reason could be anything. We’re all sentimental and trust me it’s not abnormal, trust me it’s really common to all of us to fall in a rut every now and then. On such days, staying positive can feel like a battle, however, even if these situations aren’t in our control (most of the times) what we have in our hand is to control our daily thoughts and actions.
I sometimes find myself in a crappy mood, and I’m sure you sometimes feel the same.
There are many ways to improve your mood like taking a VACATION but we all know that take a lot of time and money. I tried that quite a number of times last year and I realise I have to look for an affordable and pocket friendly way. Haha

Start a creative project - DIY Watch tutorials on youtube if you can't think of anything on your own. There's a sea of ideas on the internet pick any and start a project that matches your interest, just like I did with my old sneakers and revamped them into a new pair click here for the tutorial.
Take a Nap I have always underestimated the power of mid-day naps but over the period of past few weeks I have learned how significant it is to take 20-30 minutes naps whenever you feel low. Now, I wake up refreshed and full of energy to restart my day. Read more about the benefits of it here.
Laugh What's better way to get rid of the bad mood then a dose of laughter. Life is undoubtedly better when we're laughing but I know at times it's hard to find a reason to laugh or even smile especially when you're in a bad mood that's why we have Internet, go watch funny videos on youtube and have a laugh. I personally love watching Filter Copy.
Read inspirational quotes Okay! Now if you know me you definitely know how much I love posting and collecting quotes I have a huge collections; some hand written and some reposted by philosophers, writers and poets around the globe.
