Expert Tip: "Eatsuper foods like GOJI BERRY. Trust me you'll fall in love when you'll hear about the benefits. 'Celebrities Favorite'. It can be prepared with tea or eaten as raw fruit. The benefits are endless : It's anti ageing, 100 times more vitamin C than orange, helps prevent cancer, full of multivitamin and what not. So, my dear brides-to-be, do give it a try." - Bobby
Expert Tip: "Plan your wedding day, keep enough time in pocket for commuting, make an emergency bridal kit including a lipstick for touch up, pain killers or maybe an energy bar, discuss with your MUA what sort of look you want, if you want fresh flowers for your bun keep them ready before your makeup, put your bridesmaids at work by giving them real work and not acting like wonder woman doing everything by yourself because you need to relax, not panic and just enjoy every bit of it." - Urvashi & Sakshi
Expert Tip: "Start eating well in the days to come for the big day, not for weight loss but for glowing skin and shiny hair. Replace junk food with fruits that can do wonders in boosting your energy level and improving mood swings. Don't forget to follow the CTM (Cleansing - Toning - Moisturising) routine religiously to have your skin prepped up for the makeup." - Bhanupriya
Expert Tip: "The Early, the better. It is best to start your pre wedding regime in advance be it dieting to getting the facial treatments done..The last hour rush could have fatal effects not just on your skin but your metabolism as well. It is thus advised to start at least 6 months in advance to look your best on your big day." - Damini
